Srnky Bistro is located on the ground floor of a recently renovated late 19th-century residential building near Náměstí Míru in Prague’s Vinohrady district. The interior concept is based on the use of durable materials suitable for the daily operation of a busy bistro, with terrazzo flooring becoming the defining element of the design. Marble inserts integrated into the flooring create a subtle and dynamic pattern that adds depth and sophistication to the space.

The bistro consists of two interconnected rooms with distinct atmospheres — an open and lively front area and a more intimate rear section connected to the kitchen and staircase leading to the restrooms. The material palette combines rough plaster textures, terrazzo, marble, and warm chestnut-red accents that appear throughout the interior on walls, furniture, and details. A pink concrete bar island acts as a central feature, balancing the rawness of the materials with a softer visual element.

The space was designed to accommodate different types of visitors through a variety of seating options, ranging from communal high seating to lounge areas and traditional dining tables. The overall concept thoughtfully combines functionality, durability, and refined material expression to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
